In Tubach every module has its own overview. Orders today, critical stock, conversion rate, daily revenue, all live from your business. No five tools to open, no search, no prep. Every KPI is clickable and takes you straight to the underlying list. Thresholds, comparison periods and alert colors configurable per dashboard. Role-based views make sure your warehouse team sees different KPIs than your sales team, without you setting up anything extra.

Purchase orders

Supplier orders, fully automatic. From forecast to goods receipt.

Forecast engine with statistical safety stock, seasonality and promotion calendar. Purchase suggestions per supplier from minimum stock, sales history and reservations. Order confirmations are polled via IMAP and automatically parsed (rule-based plus LLM fallback via Claude API), with confidence score and auto-reconcile when certainty is high. Multi-level escalations (5 triggers × 3 levels) for late delivery, price deviation or missing confirmation. Four reporting dashboards: OOS risk, supplier ranking, forecast accuracy (WAPE), tied-up capital. Audit trail archived in a tamper-evident way with hash-based integrity check.

Fulfillment workflows

Orchestrate your logistics pipeline. Design, run, monitor.

Visual designer plus operator dashboard. You build workflows from triggers ('order paid'), conditions ('country = DE') and 13 step types: DHL label, picking (FEFO), packing step, print center, status change, email, wait step with manual confirmation. Triggers are manual, event or cron. The operator dashboard runs live with 3-second polling, stacked progress bar, retry for single or bulk orders. Terminal mode for the pack and shipping station with park, continue and heartbeat. Plus run history and statistics with error rate and average duration. No code.
