Usually within a few minutes. As soon as your email is confirmed, provisioning starts in the background.
Which modules are included in the subscription?
The core modules are available in every subscription. Specialised add-ons (e.g. marketplace integrations, AI token packages) are added on demand transparently, you see this in the price configurator per line item.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime. Your data belongs to you. We provide standard export formats for all key data areas.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany (Managed Server in Falkenstein and Nuremberg, German cloud provider). No personal data is stored with third parties.
